Increased Reimbursement Rates for Fiscal Year 2010-11

At the June 2010 meeting, the Commission approved some increased reimbursement rates for FY 2010-11 that were previously suspended in FY 2008-09 per POST Bulletin #2008-11. The reimbursement rate increases will take effect for courses starting on or after July 1, 2010, and will continue through the fiscal year.

Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action – Revision and Reformatting of Notice of Appointment/Termination

At the February 25, 2010 meeting, the Commission approved proposed revision and reformatting of Notice of Appointment/Termination to the POST Administrative Manual (PAM), Section B – Regulation 1003 ( New PAM Chapter 4). The proposed changes are to clarify Regulation 9040 and 9041.
